United Industrial Corporation Limited (Singland)

United Industrial Corporation Limited or “UIC” . UIC was incorporated in 1963 as a private limited entity with their main core of business in property development and real estate investment. The Group got listed in 1971 as a public organisation in Singapore Mainboard Exchange (SGX).

In year 1990, UIC acquired a majority shares in SingLand (Singapore Land Limited) and renamed to Singland which is now a reputable and well established real estate consortium in Singapore.
